Diet Chicken
Instructions:
- 1 chicken, roasted or baked
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 white onion
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- Remove chicken from bone and chop into bite-size pieces. C
- hop pepper and onion into ½- to 1-inch size pieces.
- Lightly spray a skillet with cooking oil spray and sauté bell pepper and onion.
- Add chicken and tomatoes and stir, cooking an additional three to five minutes.
- Serves six.
