Fennel and Lemon Rub
- 1 tablespoon fennel seeds
- 1 teaspoon dried lemon peel
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions:
Fennel seeds have a stronger flavor than fresh fennel but even so, those who profess not to like the flavor of licorice shouldn't be scared away.
- Grind fennel seeds in a coffee grinder or with a mortar and pestle and mix with parsley and lemon.
