Flax seed crackers
Instructions:
- In large bowl and using electric mixer, beat together flour, flaxseeds, ground flaxseeds, butter, baking powder and salt until crumbly. Add milk; mix until dough clumps together.
- Turn out onto lightly floured surface; knead just until smooth. Wrap and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- Divide dough into quarters. On lightly floured surface, roll out dough, one-quarter at a time, to 1⁄8-inch thickness. Transfer to ungreased rimless baking sheet. Bake in centre of 325°F oven until golden and crisp, about 20 minutes.
- Let cool on rack. Break into pieces.
