Fruit Shake
Instructions:
- 1 cup Ice
- 1 Medium banana
- 1/2 cup fruit juice
- 1/2 cup Pineapple or mango cut into
- 1/2 cup Quartered strawberries
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
- 2 cups pitted peeled and coarsely chopped fresh or frozen fruits
- 2 cups plain yogurt,
- 3/4 cup Orange juice
- 4 ice cubes
- 4 sprgs mint, optional,Chunks.
- Combine yogurt, fruit juice and maple syrup in a blender with ice cubes.
- Process until smooth.
- Pour into 4 tall glasses.
- Enjoy Fruit Shake!
