Garlic Blue Cheese Dressing
Instructions:
- 8 ounces blue cheese, crumbled (2 cups)
- 2 cups salad oil
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
Now
Beat the blue cheese, salad oil, and olive oil until well combined. Add salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce, and mix well. Add the eggs, and well. Add the lemon juice and garlic, mix thoroughly, and transfer to an airtight container. Refrigerate overnight or up to 1 week.

Mix well before serving.
