Gin Marinade for Lamb chops

Instructions:

1 cup gin

2 tablespoons juniper berries, crushed

2 teaspoons freshly grated lemon zest

1â„2 teaspoon salt

1â„2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

2 garlic cloves, crushed

1 bay leaf

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and cover until required
