Ginger-Berry Spinach Salad

- ¼ cup orange juice
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon grated orange zest
- ¼ teaspoon garlic salt
- ⅛ teaspoon paprika
- 4 cups fresh spinach
- 1 pint strawberries, stemmed, halved
- 1 cup (6 ounces) cubed Gouda cheese
- ½ cup pecan or walnut halves
Instructions:
This spinach salad tossed with spunky ginger dressing will surely become your new favorite salad.
- In a small, tight-lidded container, combine the orange juice, oil, honey, orange zest, garlic salt, and paprika; cover tightly. Shake well; set aside.
- In a large salad bowl, toss the spinach, strawberries, cheese, and nuts with the dressing. Refrigerate for later, or serve immediately.
