Golf Sauce
Instructions:
This is a common table sauce served with all kinds of fried meats or fish, but
especially with the Gramajo omelet.
1 cup mayonnaise
juice of one medium lemon
2 TBS ketchup
1 tsp prepared mustard
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
salt, pepper to taste
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise with lemon juice.
- Stir in ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Serve with fish, seafood, chicken, or omelets.
