Gorgonzola Spread

- 2 cups (16 ounces) mascarpone cheese
- ½ cup (4 ounces) creamy Gorgonzola cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
- Sliced apples and pears
Instructions:
The fabulous flavor of walnuts infuses every bite of this rich and creamy spread.
- In a small bowl, combine the cheeses and basil; mix well. Transfer to a serving bowl, cover, and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, cover the spread with the chopped walnuts; arrange the apple and pear slices around the bowl.
