Gramajo Omelet
Instructions:

work, almost a meal in itself. In cities, these are commonly eaten in cafe´ s, and
may be sandwiches of steak, steak and cheese, or toasted cheese and ham; savory
pastries; sausage rolls; or an omelet with crisp potato straws and ham (Gramajo
omelet). Yerba mate tea, coffee, fruit juice, or wine are drunk with this snack. The Gramajo omelet is claimed to be the only truly original Argentinean dish, and is
served with salsa golf.
