Greek Salad II
Instructions:
- 1 lb. tofu, cut into 3/4 inch chunks
- 2 c. water
- 2 tbsp. CHICKEN-STYLE SEASONING

- BOIL for 20 min. and drain. Then add:
- 2 1/2 c. diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 c. diced cucumbers
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1/2-3/4 c. chopped red onion
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1 c. pitted whole black olives
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder or 1 clove, pressed
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
