Greek Salad
Instructions:
1 lb. tofu, cut into 3/4 inch chunks 2 c. water 2 tbsp. CHICKEN-STYLE SEASONING BOIL for 20 min. and drain. Then add: 2 1/2 c. diced tomatoes 1 tsp. salt 4 c. diced cucumbers 1 tsp. basil 1/2-3/4 c. chopped red onion 1/2 tsp. oregano 1 c. pitted whole black olives 1/2 tsp. garlic powder or 1 clove, pressed 1/4 c. lemon juice
