Green Beans And Grainy Mustard

- Crisp green beans are just the right counterpoint to the rich stroganoff.
Beads of tangy mustard dress them up deliciously with no effort at all.
- 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
- 2 teaspoons whole-grain mustard
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Place the green beans in a steamer basket over a pot of boiling water.
- Cover and cook until crisp and tender, about 4 minutes. Drain the beans and transfer to a large serving bowl.
- Add the mustard and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
