Green enchiladas with spicy sauce
Instructions:

- 1 can (4 ounces) jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped

- 1 medium tomato, Wnely chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, Wnely chopped
- 2 jalapeno peppers with seeds, Wnely chopped
- 1/4 cup tomato juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
