Green Sauce
Instructions:
This is usually served with pickled fish.
1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
1⁄4 cup yogurt or milk with 1 TBS
lime or lemon juice
1 TBS watercress or parsley, finely
chopped
juice of 1 lemon or lime
1–3 drops hot pepper sauce
(optional)
Mix all ingredients together. Serve cold.
