Grilled Chicken Pouches

- tomatoes, diced
- sweet onions, sliced
- asparagus, sliced
- mushrooms, sliced
- bell peppers, sliced
- fresh corn, cut off cob
- zucchini, chopped
- HERBS AND SEASONINGS
- basil
- oregano
- rosemary

- olive oil

Instructions:
Mix and match your choice of vegetables and seasonings. For example: sweet onions, peppers, oregano and olive oil. Or mushrooms, onions and barbecue sauce.
-  Cut parchment paper into 12-by-15-inch squares and place one per person on a flat surface.
- Place a chicken breast on parchment paper and let each person top with vegetables, herbs and seasonings. Drizzle with 1-2 tablespoons of preferred sauce. Dust with salt and pepper.
- Form into pouch and tie with kitchen twine.
-  Place pouches on a medium-hot grill and cook with lid closed for 20 minutes. Present on plates, cut open and enjoy.
