Grilled Potato Slices
Instructions:
- 1/2 tsp/ salt,
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 3 large potatoes.
- Prepare charcoal or gas grill.
- Scrub potatoes under cold running water.
- Cut into 3/4-inch slices.
- Cover with salted cold water.
- Bring to a boil on high heat.
- Boil 6 minutes. Drain.
- Brush potato slices with oil.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Grill slices for 3 minutes.
- Turn with tongs.
- Grill second side for 3 minutes, or until brown.
- Serve immediately.
