Ham And Chicken Chowder
Instructions:
- 6 cups Chicken stock
- 2 cups Cooked ham, diced
- 2 cups Potatoes, cubed
- 8 small Onions
- 1 cup Corn
- 1 cup Cut green beans
- ï€ 1 cup Lima beans
- 1 cup Canned tomatoes
- ï€ 2 Stalks celery w/leaves, chopped
- ï€ 1 tablespoon Parsley, minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ï€ 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 Bay leaf
- Combine all ingredients in crockpot.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours, or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours.
- Serve in heated soup bowls garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
