Instructions:
- Romaine lettuce
- Spinach
- Cabbage, sliced
- Onions, chopped (optional)
- Red or green pepper, cut up
- Bean sprouts
- Mushrooms, sliced
- Carrots, shredded
- Tofu
- Avocado
- Any other vegetables you enjoy
- Use quantities of the above appropriate for the number of people being served.
