- 1/4 cup low fat sour cream
- 2 egg whites or 1/4 cup cholestero
- l-free egg product
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon apple pie spice or pumpkin pie spice
- Cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
