Herb-Stuffed Eggs
Instructions:
4 eggs, hard-boiled, shelled, and cut in half vertically , 2 tbsp. mayonnaise or plain nonfat yogurt , 1/2 tsp. salt , 1/4 tsp. pepper , 1 tsp. Parmesan cheese 1 tsp. parsley, finely chopped 1 tbsp. whipping cream in liquid form
1. Scoop out egg yolks and mash in small bowl. 2. Mix in remaining ingredients, then fill egg white halves with equal amounts of mixture.
