Herbed Potato Wedges
Instructions:
- 3 large baking potatoes
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce or Bragg Liquid Aminos
- 2 tsp. tahini
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tbsp. onion flakes
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 c. water
- SLICE potatoes into wedges (8 per potato).
- MIX remaining ingredients, and pour over potatoes.
- BAKE at 450° for 30 minutes or until tender.
