Honey BBQ Wings
Instructions:
- 2 cups Bullseye BBQ Sauce
- 3/4 cup honey
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 20 chicken drummets
- Combine flour, salt, and black pepper in a dish and coat chicken in flour mixture
- Heat BBQ sauce and honey in a saucepan. Once warm, reduce heat to simmer.
- Add oil to deep fryer and heat to 375 degrees. Fry chicken 6-8 pieces at a time for 15 minutes or until cooked thoroughly.
- Drain chicken and smother with BBQ sauce mixture.
- Repeat with remaining chicken.
- Serves 5
