Honey glaze
Instructions:
- 1⁄2 cup honey;
- 11⁄4 to 11⁄2 cups powdered sugar.
- In a saucepan, heat honey to boiling. Add 1 cup powdered sugar and stir until smooth.
- Add enough additional sugar to make a thin, lump-free glaze. Keep warm while glazing the Spudnuts. MAKES ABOUT 1 CUP
