Horseradish cream
Instructions:
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 / 4 cup prepared horseradish, or to taste
- 1/ 2 teaspoon coarse salt
- 1 / 4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- Stir together all ingredients in a small bowl until smooth.
- Spread can be refrigerated, covered, up to 1 week.
- Bring to room temperature before using.
