Hot and Sweet Spice Rub
Instructions:
- 2 tsp. Chili powder
- 1 tsp. Paprika
- 1 tsp. Brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 tsp. Flour
- 1/2 tsp. Garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground allspice
- pepper and salt to taste
- Combine all ingredients to use as a rub for 2 – 2 1/2 pounds of meat. Coatmeat lightly with oil before applying rub. Grill.
