Hot Apple Cider Vinegar

- 2 cups of apple cider vinegar
- 1 dried chipotle chile, sliced thinly
Instructions:
You can add a few dashes to greens right before eating.
- Add enough apple cider vinegar to reach the neck of a sterilized, pint-size canning jar. Add the chile (seeds and all). Cover tightly.
- Store in a cool, dark pantry for seven days, seven hours, and seven minutes, agitating at least once per day.
