HOT PEACH CRUMBLE
Instructions:
- 12 shredded wheat biscuits
- 2 cups sliced peaches, drained
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup margarine, melted
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 2 tbs lemon juice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Melt margarine in large skillet.
- Combine brown sugar, nuts, lemon juice, and cinnamon and add to margarine.
- Place biscuits in layers in lined Dutch oven and arrange peach slices on top.
- Spoon margarine mixture over the top.
- Heat until hot.
- Add peach juice if too dry.
