Hot pepper sauce
Instructions:
- 3 cups water
- 1 cup white vinegar 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 4 whole hot jarred peppers
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- Combine all the ingredients in a large saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Reduce the heat and simmer until reduced by half, 30 to 45 minutes.
- Drizzle over greens or other vegetables.
- Refrigerate any remaining sauce.
