Italian Herbed Zucchini

- ½ teaspoon olive oil
- ½ pound trimmed fresh zucchini, cut into ¼-inch rounds
- 1 teaspoon freshly minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon Gourmet Garden Italian Seasoning Herb Blend
- Sea salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
This dish has few ingredients but a complex flavor.
- Place a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add the olive oil, zucchini, garlic, and herb blend to the pan. Cook the zucchini, stirring occasionally, until it’s tender and begins to brown in spots, 4 to 6 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
