Italian style garden vegetables
Instructions:
- 1⁄2 cup onion, chopped;
- 1 small squash, diced (zucchini or yellow);
- 1 tomato, diced;
- 1 green pepper, chopped;
- 1 teaspoon oregano;
- 1 (8 ounces) can tomato sauce;
- 1⁄2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded.
- Wash and chop vegetables.
- Combine vegetables in baking dish.
- Pour on tomato sauce.
- Bake covered at 350 degrees for 20 – 30 minutes.
- Top with cheese and bake uncovered another 4-5 minutes until cheese is melted.
