Kale Salad
Instructions:
- SHAKE in jar:
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/3 c. soy sauce or Bragg Liquid Aminos
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- POUR over:
- 6–8 c. finely chopped fresh kale
- 4 chopped green onions
- 1/2 c. sliced black olives
- MARINATE about an hour or overnight.
- Just before serving ADD: 5–6 sliced radishes, diced tomatoes or 1/3 c. sunflower seeds chopped red bell pepper
