Layered Penne Pasta Bake
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 325 F. Brown the meat, onion and the garlic in a skillet.
- Pour off any excess fat. Add the tomato sauce, undrained tomatoes, tomato paste and the water.
- Cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes. Layer half of the cooked pasta, half of the sauce, and half of the cheese in a 9" x 13" baking pan.
- Repeat the layers.
- Cover and bake for 15 minutes until the casserole is bubbling and cooked through.
