Lemon icing
Instructions:
- 4 tablespoons melted butter;
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice;
- 1 tablespoon grated lemon rind;
- 3 cups powdered sugar.
- Blend the melted butter with the lemon juice. Add the lemon rind and powdered sugar and beat until smooth. Spread on the cooled cake.
