Liver and Onions
Instructions:
- 1 pound calves liver
- ½ cup flour
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- Slice liver into approximately 3-inch pieces.
- Add salt and pepper to flour and cooking oil to skillet.
- Dredge liver pieces in flour mix and fry, browning both sides of liver.
- Add onion slices and continue cooking until tender.
- Serves four to six.
