Marinated Vegetables
Instructions:
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
- 2–3 tbsp. honey
- 1 c. water
- 2 tsp. Vege-Sal or sea salt
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1 tsp. dill weed
- 6 c. raw vegetables
- MIX together and pour over raw vegetables. Cauliflower, broccoli, black olives, and cherrytomatoes make a very appealing combination
- . Keeps in the refrigerator about a week.
- Great to make ahead for a crowd. SERVE: 10–12.
