Mashed Potatoes
Instructions:
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled & diced
- 3/4 c. plain soy or nut milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- BOIL potatoes until tender.
- MASH potatoes and milk with potato masher, adding onion powder then salt to taste. For extra creamy mashed potatoes, use electric mixer.
- YIELD: 4 servings
- VARIATION: If you’re planning to serve CASHEW GRAVY with your potatoes, use gravy instead of milk.
