MEDITERRANEAN RUB
Instructions:
- Use as a coating for pork chops, ribs, tenderloin or kabobs.
- Zest of 2 lemons
- 1/3 C. thinly sliced garlic cloves
- 1/3 C. fresh rosemary leaves
- 1/4 C. fresh sage leaves
- 1/4 C. coarsely ground black pepper
- 2 T. salt
- Combine ingredients in the bowl of a food processor.
- Process until garlic, herbs and lemon zest are chopped finely and ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- Store tightly covered in the refrigerator.
- Makes about 1 cup.
