Melon with cured ham
Instructions:
- Cut the melon in half, then trim off the ends.
- Scoop out the seeds with a spoon.
- Cut the melon into wedges about 1 inch wide.
- You will need about 2 slices per person.
- Place the melon wedges on a serving dish.
- Place the ham slices on another serving dish.
- Serve the ham and melon separately.
