Mexican cornbread
Instructions:
- 1/2 cup oil
- 3/4 to 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/3 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup corn meal1
- 3/4 cups milk
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Mix all ingredients.
- Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees F
