Nanny’s Scalloped Broccoli
Instructions:
- 2 cups chopped broccoli
- 1/2 cup of grated cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup of chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons of chopped onion
- 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 can of cream of celery soup
- 1/2 cup of soft bread crumbs
- 2 pimientos, ch opped
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- Beat the eggs in large bowl.
- Mix in all of the remaining ingredients.
- Pour into a buttered casserole dish and set in pan of boiling water and bake at 375 degrees for about 50 minutes or until firm.
