Onion-orange lamb roast
Instructions:
1/2 cup orange juice , 1/4 cup chopped onion , 2 tablespoons prepared mustard , 3/4 leg of lamb , 3/4 teaspoon rosemary, Salt and pepper to taste.
Place lamb on rack in shallow roasting pan. Roast in 325 degrees F oven 30 to 35 minutes per pound or until meat thermometer registers 175 degrees F for medium doneness. Enjoy Onion-orange lamb roast!
