Orange cream sherbet
Instructions:

This is close to an ice cream, even though it is called a sherbet. The mixture may curdle when combined, but it smooths out after freezing.
- 1⁄2 cup sugar;
- 1 cup fresh or frozen concentrated orange juice;
- 1 cup milk;
- 1 cup heavy cream.
- Combine all of the ingredients.
- Place into a hand-cranked or mechanical ice cream freezer and freeze according to the manufacturer's directions.
