Oranges with honey, olive oil and salt
Instructions:
- Place the candies between two sheets of parchment paper and crush into small pieces with a rolling pin or other heavy utensil.
- Using a sharp knife, cut the ends off the oranges.
- Remove the skin and pith, leaving only the orange flesh.
- Cut the oranges into slices about 1⁄4 inch thick, then spread them out in a single layer in a serving dish.
- Pour the honey over the oranges.
- Drizzle with the olive oil.
- Sprinkle with the sea salt flakes.
- Scatter the crushed candies and serve.
