Oriental Veal Sticks
Instructions:
1 clove garlic, crushed, 1-1/2 lbs. veal strips, 1/2 cup plum sauce, 1/2 tsp. grated fresh ginger, 1/4 tsp. minced chili pepper, 2 tsp. soy saue.
Thread meat onto 8 bamboo skewers. Combine plum and soy sauce, garlic, ginger and chili. Brush kabobs with the chili plum mixture. BBQ kabobs over hot coals 3 to 4 minutes each sides, brushing constantly with the sauce. Can use the remaining of sauce as dipping sauce. Enjoy Oriental Veal Sticks!
