Oven Porcupine Meatballs
Instructions:
- 1 pound ground beef
- ½ cup uncooked regular rice
- ½ cup water
- 1/3 cup chopped onions
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon celery salt
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
- 1 cup water
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- Heat oven to 350º.
- Mix meat, rice, ½ cup water, onion, salts, garlic powder, and pepper.
- Shape mixture into meatballs.
- Place meatballs in ungreased, 8 x 8 x 2 baking dish.
- Stir together remaining ingredients.
- Pour over meatballs.
- Cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake 45 minutes; uncover and bake 15 minutes longer.
