Paper Sack Chicken
Instructions:
- 1 Chicken − cut up
- Sauce:
- 3 tablespoons catsup
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Heat sauce.
- Dust cut−up chicken pieces well with flour, salt and pepper.
- Grease the interior of a common grocery bag (paper).
- Pour sauce over chicken and put pieces in the bag.
- Fold and fasten the end, lay it on a cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350F for 1 1/2 hours.
- Slit sack open, fold back and serve.
