Pasta Bolognese
Instructions:

- Put the bolognese sauce into a large pan over medium heat.
- Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally.
- Bring the water to a boil in a large pan, season with the salt, then add the penne.
- Stir once, then boil the pasta for 8-10 minutes (check the package directions), until tender but still firm to the bite.
- Finely grate the Parmesan cheese while you cook the pasta.
- Drain the pasta.
- Transfer it back into the pan and stir in the olive oil to prevent it from sticking together.
- Serve the pasta topped with a large spoonful of Bolognese sauce.
- Serve the Parmesan cheese separately for everyone to sprinkle their own.
