Pea Cheese Salad
Instructions:
- 2 cups small peas (drain if canned peas are used)
- 1 cup celery
- 1 onion
- ½ cup sweet pickles
- 1 cup cheese (your choice), grated
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- salt and pepper to taste
- Dice celery, onion, and pickles.
- Blend all ingredients.
- Additional mayonnaise can be added to moisten.
- Chill, then serve.
- Serves six to eight.
