Peach and cabbage slaw
Instructions:
- 1⁄4 cup sugar;
- 1⁄4 cup cider vinegar;
- 1⁄4 cup green pepper, diced;
- 1⁄4 cup red bell pepper, diced;
- 4 cups cabbage, shredded;
- 1 large peach, diced;
- pinch of pepper.
- In a large bowl, mix the sugar and cider vinegar until blended.
- Stir in green and red peppers.
- Add the cabbage and peach.
- Add a pinch of pepper and stir until evenly mixed.
- Chill and serve.
